If UMP or UPLMS make changes, please reflect their rules as we are sanctioned. You are responsible for checking their rule changes through the year. 

Regardless of class rules, Belts MUST BE IN DATE, not expired, or if there isn’t an expiration date; two to three years from the manufacture date. This depends on your class so please check your class rules. You must have a fire extinguisher as well. Please review your class rules.
